Room and hallway had a stale smell. Mattress was broken on one side. Staff used the one working elevator to move dead equipment all day. Shower area was disgusting. Room was grey and dingy. Carpet was dirty. Said they had a bar and restaurant that was open till 2, it was not, and it was just a cavernous space with no bar area. Puctures do not match anything in the hotel.

I was actually pretty amazed by this place. I wasn't expecting much, it was the cheapest place during stampede weekend but i was pleasantly surprised! Clean modern room, nice big TV, got a milkshake from the restaurant that was banging. The bathroom was relatively nice, toilet wobbled a bit in 204 and the beds were pretty stiff. Luckily i dont mind a firm bed. Overall a great stay.

Firstly, the area is very sketchy. We saw homeless people smoking outside at the front of the property. It felt unsafe and we were hesitant to park our rental car out there. The security guard also looks like he was afraid of these homeless persons. Secondly, the staff at the front desk also seems suspicious as we were rushed to pay our deposit and sign. We were quickly given our room key and we reached to the 6th floor, it was stink of smoking. Both my husband and I are asthmatic and we were on our honeymoon, so this was already a bad start. We opened the room door and the bed looks like a cot. Additionally, the room was not cleaned and we didn't even want to touch the phone to call the front desk to report the smoking. The air conditioner was also very noisy. Overall, we had to rush out of the hotel as it was just not clean and very scary!!! But it was a major inconvenience to find another hotel last minute and we had to argued to get our money back. It was quite an experience

Room was extremely underwhelming. A foul stench as soon as you walk in. Dirt and spiderweb in corners and behind the TV stand. Lighting is poor. Lampshade is broken. Room has a fridge, a coffee maker and a microwave which is good. The air conditioning is from the 90s and one of those tiny window machines which is barely sufficient and powerful to cool the room. The pillows on the bed were tiny square ones that you find on couches as throw pillows. Uncomfortable. No usable or accessible power outlet near at the nightstand. Bathroom always had a foul urinal smell. I only had to stay overnight so I didn't need anything fancy, but the unkept and untidiness of the room was disappointing. Would not repeat my stay.

Booked here as an inexpensive option because our flight out of Calgary was postponed overnight. Ultra basic room, but seemed clean enough. Air conditioner worked but was very loud. The bed was fairly comfy, but the springs made a ton of noise when getting in or out, or any movement in general. Was all pretty decent except for the fact that a lady (housekeeping I think?) burst into our room at 8:30am without knocking and then couldn’t speak English well enough to say why. I think she thought my name was Jarrod or something? It was 2.5 hours before checkout time, so that was kinda weird. Other than that, it was OK for the low price.

Not enough pillows for the amount of beds. nothing was connected, even the phone didn’t work so you couldn’t call the front desk. Everything was surface level clean, but as soon as you looked closer you noticed grime in every corner and seam of the room. Red stains all over the carpets. The beds were very comfortable though, and the staff were super friendly.
