我們入住了四晚，到達機場可以打電話給酒店前台，乘坐指定公司的計程車到（黃色的）可從機場到達酒店，由酒店前台付賬單。 酒店服務員不錯，盡力幫忙和協助。 小孩到泳池玩滑水梯很開心，池水很清潔，泳池沒有更衣和沐浴的地方。 自助的早餐都不錯，大部份的東西都有提供。但是炒蛋煮得太熟 可惜第一晚回酒店沒有打掃房間，沒有換新的毛巾。有點失望 房間沒有人煲供應，只好到大堂取熱水 要求多兩張Blanket，酒店不能提供，只能提供一張。 酒店附近沒有食店和超市。 總括來說，這個價格還是不錯的

There are NO towels. Like actually none. None in the gym. None in the pool. There was 1 in the room. We had 4 registered guests in the room. Our group had a total of 5 rooms. We asked many many times if we could have a couple towels for the pool or for showering. They were always in the dryer. We were there for 3 days. It was the same story the whole time. They would say they would bring them up in 15 minutes. 15 minutes never came. We finally just waited at the front desk to get some. After 40 minutes were were given 3 damp towels. The staff told us it is always like this. It was very difficult to manage for 3 days without towels with kids who wanted to swim. We won't be staying here again.

Hotel was OK at best. Not very good value for money. The pool deck was already dirty with lots of hair all over the place. Not very appealing. The biggest disappointment was the extreme lack of towels. No pool towels and nowhere near enough towels for the room. When we asked for one towel per person the front desk agent looked at us as if we had asked for 100 towels and told us they were fully booked and it was simply impossible to give us THAT MANY towels. Every time we went to the pool we checked and no towels. Go to front desk and ask for towels….same song and dance. Just not possible to provide any towels because they are fully booked. With 15 to 20 people in the pool needing towels, a maximum of 3 towels were brought by housekeeping. Another time 2 towels and a few times none were ever provided.

Service terrible. Some of the staff can’t speak English. Elevator waiting time 5 minutes to 8 minutes better to take stairs. Good hotel but customer service terrible. Some Filipino staff complaining against other nationality they think some of customer don’t understand them. Front desk not friendly don’t know how to welcome the quest or even say sorry.

Disappointed with Basic Service for the Price Paid I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during a holiday and paid $520, expecting a comfortable stay and good customer service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The coffee maker in my room was not working. I reported the issue to customer service on the first day and followed up again on the second day. Despite this, no one provided a solution or even replaced the broken unit. It’s hard to believe that a large hotel like this wouldn’t have a spare coffee maker to switch out for a guest. For the price I paid, I expected better attention to basic amenities and customer care. Very disappointing overall.

The room was booked for two people and I had to ask for towels first night there. There was no cups or regular coffee in the room. Pillows were terrible, linens were terrible. Noisy! I stay at holiday inn often when I am away. This was not of the same standard.

The check in was amazing, very friendly staff. The room was relatively clean except for the long black hair on the shower curtain. The pool area had no towels, hot tub was way too hot and there were no lights turned on at 9:00 at night. We left the pool area early because we couldn’t see anymore.
