We stayed at this property for one night previously and everything was fine. During this stay which was also booked though Expedia, we were given the exact same room. However, this time we found that the bedroom lamp did not work. We have to take a lamp from the front lobby as there was no other. Then we found that the TV and phone were not working. The lady at the front desk offered to move us to another room but when i asked to see the room before moving, she called the manager. When the manager arrive he immediately told to us to leave and stay someplace else before even asking me what the problem was. So at 11 pm we had to pack up and find another place to stay. Fortunately, the manager did agree to refund out payment

Definitely would stay again it's a cute little hotel! Only complaint is during booking I was hung up on for no reason and called again but the person on the phone wasn't helpful either, two different employees. I ended up booking through Expedia with no issues and once arrived at the hotel the staff were great, funny and helpful!

Waited fifteen minutes in the lobby with no one around. When an employee came she was polite and quick. Room was dated but fine, no hot water in the morning….if I was one for cold showers I would have given the hotel one more star.

Frustration when we reported people partying at 2:30am. I had to go walk and find a staff member as they did not answer their phone. They came and knocked on the door once and asked them to be quiet. Patrons continued partying until 4am despite repeated requests from me to front desk to intervene. Next morning expressed my frustrations to front staff as checked out and was told ‘it happens sometimes’

Stayed here 3 years ago, nice place, but today, i felt it needed some TLC. The sink in our bathroom was chipped, not saying a small chip but a large one, the sink fixture was tarnished. The curtains facing out were somehow damaged by the sun, you can see every other room had black marks on the outside of the curtain. Also the wood outside is weathered needs staining. There are only 3 hotels in this town, this place has the potential to be a top hotel, just needs some money invested in her and it will be a beautiful place to stay. The wood beams in the lobby are nice. The one thing I do like is that the rooms have no carpet.

The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping in the room was poor. Breakfast was good and the lady taking care of it (Kendra) was excellent. She was very nice to the kids and made breakfast enjoyable. We would come again.
