Summary:
Enjoy the fantastic views of the city from the floor to ceiling windows in our downtown condo! The condo is large enough to host 6 guests in the 2 bedrooms, and pull out sofa bed in the living room! The condo features an open concept design, fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), in suite laundry machines, a private balcony patio, high speed internet access and available secure on site parking. We're walking distance from Stampede Park; in the Beltline neighbourhood.

This bright and airy apartment is in the perfect location! Only steps away from outdoor tennis courts and public parks, and walking distance from Stampede Park! You'll be just a few blocks from downtown, in the Beltline neighbourhood of Calgary's Design District.

The open concept design feels even more spacious with the floor to ceiling windows, offering fantastic views of the city! The living room has a pull out sofa bed and a 55" smart TV with Netflix. There is a dining table with space for 4, and the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. And that's not all! There's also in suite laundry machines, free to use for our guests.

There is a master King sized bedroom with city views, and also a Queen sized bedroom with a fantastic closet. Both of the bedrooms have smart TVs, and the whole condo is connected to high speed internet service.

Guest Access:
You will have exclusive use of this apartment. Please note that the key fob required to access the secure underground parking garage is currently unavailable. We are actively working on resolving this issue and we will provide an update once the garage becomes accessible again. In the meantime, paid street parking is available near the complex. The building remains wheelchair accessible, featuring a ramp at the entrance and an elevator to take you to your floor.

The hip Beltline area is bounded by 17th Avenue SW, with cool boutiques selling fashion, retro furniture, vinyl and quirky gifts. Dining spans trendy taco joints, locavore eateries and Korean restaurants, while nightlife encompasses craft beer pubs, live music venues and dance clubs. The location was great. Cons: Could have done a better job cleaning - still coffee in the coffee pot, hair on sheets. To use the dryer, you have to open the front door, add clothes, close dryer, close front door because the dryer door won't open otherwise. The elevator had blood all over them 2 different days in the morning. A dog vomitted in the hallway outside door and the owner didn't bother to clean.

the check in process was absolutely horrible. the management lost the key which made it harder to get in and out of the building. the codes are difficult to figure out. each time we left the building we would have to punch in the codes every single time. we paid for parking and they said they lost the keys so we had to figure out our own parking. going into the place the shower curtain was brown and dirty and under the beds were not clean. after the bad start though the stay was great and the placement was perfect for a fun weekend

Great overnight stay for us. Clean apartment awesome location in downtown calgary. Just give yourself some extra time to check in, it’s a bit of a process to pick up a key to a secured building.

Beautiful condo right downtown Calgary. Lots within walking distance. Starbucks across the street as well. Would stay here again. Host was easy to communicate with.
