Basic, but a few concerns
Living room not as photos show - couch was VERY uncomfortable, only one chair.
We had only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper, only two tea bags and one washer tab - not something we want to stress about. Owner did send TP after a couple of requests, but took a while.
There were beetles inside, all through the place, a bit disconcerting. Owner did offer to have someone spray poison while we were there, but didn't want to be breathing that.
Outdoor light was not working, after two requests and two very dark nights tripping, owner sent someone to fix.
Beds were very comfortable but difficult to sleep as upstairs tenants must be elephants and spoke very loudly....and I'm used to noise.
Great for having a place to sleep if supplies and bugs were in control. No heat control, but space heaters worked great.
