Would not stay here again. From check in to check out, it was just a poor time. At check in, the receptionist, he didn't tell me anything about the hotel, nothing about check in or out, gave me the wrong guest paperwork to sign, nothing about the pool, just acted like I was annoying him. In our hotel room, the room was stained with pet stains. There was a loud clucking noise happening from the pipes. The water did not get hot in the shower and didn't even get warm from the tap. The blankets also had a weird sticky feeling to them as if they weren't properly washed. Housekeeping came by around 10am one day, hardly knocked and tried to come in, the knocking sounded like a light tapping,no call out, didn't realize someone was coming in until the door was being opened. Only 2 flavors of tea available as well. The boot brush outside the hotel was broken. Also had to ask for my invoice to be sent to me days after checking out (still haven't received it). For what I paid for my stay, I'm extremely disappointed. I will not be back nor would I recommend anyone to stay at this location for the price they want you to pay. If it was under $100 a night, the quality would make sense. Will be reaching out to Sandman directly as well to explain my situation.
