Excellent Hotel. Very friendly staff. Very easy access to downtown. Took us 10 minutes to walk to downtown cable car site. Quiet location with great views. Check-in was a little difficult. VRBO communicated incorrect code for key lockbox. House was lovely with some minor issues. Namely, hot water was rarely available for showering. Minor issue but soap/shampoo dish in shower & towel racks in bathrooms would be nice.
