“The moment we pulled up we were surprised at how beautiful the property and setting was. It is so quiet and serene. The cottage was so clean and had everything we needed. Some added perks were the popcorn and ice cream for us to enjoy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and warm. We were able to enjoy the fire pit and swing, watching the beautiful sunset. It was one of our most enjoyable stays. ”

“This is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the lakeview. It is nicely decorated, with a well equipped kitchen. Four women stayed there comfortably. My granddaughters loved the luxurious shower snd the free kayaks. I loved just sitting on the deck, and looking at the peaceful water. Though I live less than an hour away, it was a real vacation for me. We will definitely be back. Granny of Cold Spring,Ky.”

“The tiny house was perfect for our trip to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. We had a disabled veteran who needed a recliner to sleep so the reclining couch was perfect for him. The bedroom was perfect for our elderly friend who joined us and I was able to sleep upstairs. We were able to get some groceries and have breakfast on the porch and enjoy the sunsets on the swing. We loved being on the farm and off the beaten path. Perfect distance from both the Ark and museum. We loved being……

“Awesome experiance, check in smooth, great communication, clean. Nice deck, used often, could view the kids playing on playground. Kids enjoyed pool. Cooked breakfast daily, would be easier with non stick fry pan, but overall great relaxi g experience. ”

“Overall pretty great. It had good water pressure and lots of towels. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was really clean. It can sometimes be hard to find parking close to the place. It has great walkability to food.”

“Carriage house is listed exactly as stated. It was very clean and private. The bed was good, comfortable and amenities were lovely. Plenty of towels, blankets, bottled water, and a fantastic shower with great water pressure. Lots of natural light. We had everything we needed and was close drive to everything we wanted to go too. Ease of checking in was good. The lighting along the path from the main house to the carriage house was great, made us feel safe. Backyard has lots of beautiful fragrant……

“Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. The sink seemed to be backing up when I turned on the water to wash the glasses. Bathroom floor and baseboards dirty. The owners communicated very well prior to the stay. It has great……

“There is only A/C in the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom (barely). Two of the bedrooms were unusable because they were too hot. Communication was terrible. Emails went unanswered. Inconsistencies in listing, automatic message after booking, and information provided by host upon arrival. There was no way to use the TVs when we arrived (host did order in a remote after I called - with wrong batteries of course). No wifi password listed. I had to call for that as well. (All the calls……

“Delightful and cosy place to stay close to Ark Encounter. Very clean. Lovely deck frequented by a sweet cat who loves affection and treats. Very nice to meet the owners who live across the street. Furnished with lovely antiques and collectibles. Handy to have access to a washer and dryer and so nice of the owners to have a basket of treats in the kitchen. ”

“The cottage was nice with a comfortable bed. The view of the river was beautiful! The location is very close to downtown but it was not really safe to walk as there is no sidewalk and the road is quite busy. Overall it was a nice stay. ”
