“All of our guests for the Hen weekend made the weekend fun and the local cimmunity were really friendly. Unfortunately I had a few issues with the host, Chris. I had requested an early entry by 2 hours and in short was told yes for £50 payment as he had to arrange someone to be at the house. After a further 4 messages to Chris which were not answered I had to phone him and was reduced to tears by his hostility. He bumped up payment to £100 claiming I left it to last day to confirm this. “Jamie was there to greet us and he was fantastic he made us feel so welcome.He showed us round and how things worked explained how the hot tub worked. House was stunning the veiws were stunning very peaceful. Jamie kept in touch and was most helpful ”

“Absolutely beautiful place to stay! The host couldnt have done more to make us feel welcome with lots of extra special touches. She left oatcskes, local cheese and butter, homemade jam and shortcake, ive never stayed anywhere like it for thoughtfulness. Superb, will definitely return.”

“Lisa was a great host, the property is amazing. Very quiet location. Lisa provided detailed instructions on how to get to the property, which should be followed rather than trying to find the property on google maps. A number of towns around 15mins away (including Gleneagles) driving through country roads. Great place to relax or check out the area.”

“I booked a hot tub weekend away for my husband and I to the Steadings and what a beautifully clean and comfortable cottage it was. The owners met us as we drove to the cottage to show us around. They had also left us a welcome pack which included a bottle of Prosecco, that was a lovely extra. We made full use of the log burner as it wasn’t the best of weather when we were there. The cottage is remote and you will definitely need a car and may I strongly suggest a 4x4 car!! We were advised after……

“This is a lovely property in the Campsies. We came to visit family for Christmas. Loved that a Christmas tree was set up for us and the accommodation was modern, warm and comfortable for a family. Lovely outlook as well.”

“The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. We did have to download an app to get a precise location which was unexpected, but easy enough to use. The beds were very comfortable and the location beautiful. If you are looking for a rural retreat in order to explore the beautiful scenery, it's a wonderful choice! Word of warning: careful with the upstairs windows as flies like to congregate on them!”
