“AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. On check in (after a long on-line book in process (crashing server)), the common room was inhabited with other guests, who were cooking tea. The bins were overflowing and the place generally stank. “We stayed for 2 nights in this beautiful cabin, would love to stay again.The cabin was so cosy and cute we loved it. Everything was amazingly clean, as if we were the first people to use it. Our dog loved playing in the garden. Lynne was fantastic, answering questions about the local area and making sure our stay was perfect. “This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. We had children and grandchildren coming from different countries, total of 11. The house is so beautiful and spacious and all the gathering areas near the pool, family room and outside made it so comfortable. The meals were exceptional and so generous. We loved that we could hike a short distance to 2 beaches and the ferry to Plymouth. The teens liked……

“A lovely cottage that was really close to the beach. We had a very comfortable stay and the cottage had all the amenities needed. It was great to have a kitchen and dining area as well as a separate lounge. Great to have free parking too . Good communication from the host prior to our stay.”

“We had a lovely time, thank you. The Honicombe Park Estate is fantastic, there is lots to do. The house was good though the kitchen was not the best layout, but we managed, also could do with another couple of outdoor seats on the balcony. However these were minor issues, and overall the adults, kids and dogs had a great holiday.”

“Fabulous welcome pack, Lesley greeted us and made sure everything was ok. Tamsin’s Cottage was everything we expected and more. It felt loved and homely with everything you needed for a great stay. Our dogs were made to feel welcome and the field along the track was a godsend. The hot tub was a great way to relax even when the weather was rough we enjoyed watching the birds in the garden.
