“After our drive, we enjoyed a peaceful walk along Lake Barkley and through the woods around the quaint town. We were greeted with a blue bird and three deer on our walk. Later, we took a short 15-minute drive to Patti’s 1880 Settlement for an amazing dinner. If we had been visiting during the on-season, we would have stopped at Hu-B’s along our walk. That evening, we were able to relax and recharge with a nice hot shower and a comfortable bed. The thoughtful extras, like the stocked Keurig……
