“El entorno y el hotel es precioso, para mí el mejor de pu luong. La comunicacion con el personal es difícil sol o había una persona que sabía inglés pero no estaba en el alojamiento a nuestra llegada. Hubo un mal entendido con el checkin y con la cena pero pusieron de su parte para solucionarlo. Nos dejaron quedarnos dos horas más de checkout. Recomiendo este alojamiento aunque debería mejorar la atención directa con el cliente. ”
“This is an amazing play to stay. A large and lovely grounds and the rooms are awesome. The food is excellent and our every need was taken care of. The manager Steve helped us out with activities, meals, etc. Definitely a top notch place. ”
“Such a lovely place with amazing views. A great pool and pool bar. Food at restaurant was good and the staff were so friendly and nice. We wanted to extend our stay, but the next day was booked. We stayed at another place in the area, but this was better. Funny side story, We ran into the old manager in mai chau and told him how much we liked the place. ”
