“Fabrizio's house is magnificent. Typical and surrounded by olive trees, it is also beautifully decorated down to the last detail and perfectly equipped. Our host was extremely kind and attentive to our needs whenever we asked, and at the same time very discreet. We arrived relatively late, but he had done some shopping for us so we could have dinner and had even set the table! Fabrizio also gave us invaluable advice on places to visit in Tuscany apart from the main sites that we naturally think……

“This was a beautiful villa with lots of space and a really nice layout with the pool positioned at the top of the house with incredible views to the ocean. The road up to the property was very narrow (one lane but two direction, so you had to pull over or back up if another car approached), which made us reluctant to eat out at night and face the drive up the hill afterward. However, it was so nice at the villa, we were happy to cook there in the evenings and enjoy dinner al fresco by the pool……

Simone and Angela were excellent communicators and helped us with restaurant and wine tasting recommendations (and reservations). The walk into Camaiore was not too difficult and we enjoyed having coffee and pastries at Lorenzo Pasticceria & Caffè (if driving, you can access it from Via Bellosguardo, but if walking, it's a very busy road, so walk up Via Gugeliemo Oberdan and walk into the public parking lot and it's on your……

“Maison très agréable lors des vacances de la Toussaint avec notre famille de 13 membres. Grande maison adaptée pour une grande famille, 3 salles de bains, nombreuses chambres bien aménagées avec des placards, des coussins, des couvertures. beaucoup de rangements. cuisine bien adaptée pour cuisiner, grande table pour manger dedans à 13. four et four micro-onde utiles. lave vaisselle. grand évier pratique. nombreuses terrasses très utiles avec de nombreux transats, chaises logues,……

“Wenn man das Haus erst mal gefunden hat, ist es herrlich in idyllischer Ruhe und Lage. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Dank Übersetzer App konnten wir uns gut verständigen. Unser Hund hat auch gleich einen Kumpel gefunden um zu toben auf dem riesigen Grundstück und Olivenhain. Wir würden jeden Zeit wieder kommen.”
