Basement level access only, as there are other tenants in the upper level of the home. You will have your own separate parking lot, front door entrance, with shared back yard space. There is a staircase in the basement that leads up to the main level, it will stay locked at all times.
The front entrance takes you to a private back patio with its own table and chairs in an under-cover space.
There is a locked linen closet across from the secondary bedroom that the hosts utilize, this is restricted to guests.

These cameras (video footage of the basement level entrance, patio, parking lot, etc) to ensure the security of the guests and the home, these are accessible to guests via the TV in the living room. Instructions are provided in the house manual.

We expect guests will be responsible to take everything they came with as we are not liable for items left in the safes.
