“We felt very welcome by the young man who received us upon check in. Then everything seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. I was told only one cleaner to clean the hotel. Everything you asked seemed to be asking for a favour. No service at all and definitely not a 4 star. More like an inn than a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good neither. Only the location. ”

“Très bon séjour; Très bien placé à côté de tous les centres d’intérêt et transports principaux. L’accueil au top comme toujours et le petit dej pas mal pour un végétarien. Les chambres ne sont pas hyper bien insonorisés entre chambres mais ça reste aceptable par rapport au reste. ”

“An absolutely lovely hotel in a great location and with a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. We loved our stay here - especially the nice touches like free fizzy water and coffee in the lobby. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, plus the staff were really welcoming and helpful. Would definitely love to stay here when I next return to Toulouse.”

“Lovely place, free breakfast, free cold drinks in the fridge restocked daily, the bathroom had loads of useful things like a sewing kit, shaving kit, nail file, toothbrush and floss stick, body wash, paper cups, soap etc all for free and restocked every day.
