“We will try to stay here again. Very convenient to town and the beach. The property has beautiful gardens to enjoy with birds galore to view off the balcony. A plus is the stacked w/d with economy settings. It’s a challenge for those of us who live in a state that doesn’t care about recycling to know exactly what to do with our trash. A sign/s with instructions would be helpful. But we understand it’s another worry for the host. This is a most quiet neighborhood and we wish we could be permanent……

“Tristan our host was a sweetheart she sent us so much helpful information. Very close to Hearts Castle we spent half a day at the castle. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We loved the rack of lambs at Indigo Moon, blueberry peach cobbler with ice cream. Weather was absolutely beautiful!!”

“We had a great stay at Malika's place! Her lovely home was peaceful and spacious for the 5 of us (mum, dad, 2 kids and grandpa) and we immediately felt at home. The beds were very comfy! My husband and I slept very well in the cozy second bedroom and our kids appreciated their own beds in the cute twin room. My father in law was very happy in the beautiful master suite with a view of the sea - it was a little too bright for me in there, as a couple of the windows lacked curtains. We especially……

“What an incredible place! We were directly acroas from the beach with nothing but the road in fro t of us! The two picture windows in front allowed us an unobstructed view of the the gorgeous Pacific Ocean all day! The chwxk in was easy, we wntered the code and used the key provided. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we could want! The beds were comfortable and showers nice! We will recommend this home to all of our friends! Thank you!!”

Walking distance to Fiscalini Preserve and deer families wander the neighborhood! Plenty of parking and so close to many beach towns!!!! Great vacation with beautiful weather!!”

“We had rented another VBRO and found out the day before the owner had discontinued it. VBRO was not very helpful but we called Kimberly at Scenic Coast Property Mgmt and she pulled out a miracle. She even had the house ready a day early. LOVED the house, super cute and a short walk to the beach. We stayed with our dog and it was just perfect. Appreciated the spices in the cupboard and the variety of kitchen tools as we cooked a number of meals. Bed was super comfortable. Washer and Dryer worked……

“We had a great vacation at the lovely Bella Vista home. The house had everything our two families needed - big dining table, fully stocked kitchen, pantry items, giant TV, hot tub, board games. The location was perfect - easy walk to Fiscalini Preserve, and short drive to the village of Cambria, beaches, and San Simeon. Highly recommend!”

“Very nice stay! 3 lofts above a great market/cafe making it easy and convenient. Check-in was easy with quick communication with property personnel via texts. Parking was so easy and free, many open spots - got one right next to door entrance. Executive suite was beautiful and clean. Definitely recommend. ”
