“Booked on hotel.com and paid in advance. Arrived and was told there was an extra cost for having my caged pet stay in the room with me (he is a bunny and stayed in the crate the entire night. Parking lot not plowed, very icy walk way up to room which I almost slipped on. Noisey neighbors / thin walls, most guests lived here full time by the looks of it. Hot water in shower + tap took forever to heat up or turn on, toilet was barely attached to the floor. No sheet on any of the 3 beds , room……
