“The property had enough space for our family to each have their own room and a fully equipped kitchen to allow for breakfast to be made every morning. We were able to walk to the beautiful downtown of Salisbury and be within a drive of the university and other spots on the eastern shore. As an avid runner, I loved the runner friendly neighborhood lined with sidewalks and rural roads along the river with plenty of space on the shoulders to feel safe. I cannot recommend the place enough. The host……

“We spent a couple days at The Lazy Crab and it was lovely. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but just a few blocks from restsurants & the beach. Furnishings & beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The cottage was immaculate! liked the loc”

“Our granddaughters live in the neighborhood and our youngest was having her first birthday! It was just my husband and myself, way more house than we needed but tons more comfortable than a hotel. The winter views of the Bay from the living room were awesome. I highly recommend you make a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. A few surprises with the house itself, the most egregious for me was the fireplace pictured is not functional. The hosts have done a nice job with this house and are still……

“Our group of longtime friends from different states wanted a convenient location to meet for a weekend getaway. The Eastern Shore was a good location and this property was a wonderful and comfortable place for our group. The house was spacious and had plenty of areas for members of the group to enjoy all together or in smaller conversation groups. “6 women for the 6 bedroom home. The house was great for our weekend. The only complaint was that the weather did not allow for more outdoor activities, though we had plenty of space inside to enjoy ourselves. The house has all the amenities and more. ”

“The property is beautiful. The house is spacious and has comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. There were some things that could make a stay so much better. The bedrooms need at least one chair. Although there were books in a drawer with directions for the high end appliances, each one should have a quick explanation on usage next to it. The information said the table seated 8 and yet there were only six chairs! A putting green was described and even showed a picture of one in the original……

“6 adults for a wedding Check in easy, very comfortable home with lots of space. Owners are great people to rent from. They helped us connect with a neighbor whom delivered fresh steamed crabs ready to eat. Kitchen is very well equipped. Also very close to bike trail. The last Saturday of the month the local firemen put on a chicken/pulled pork BBQ. Food was excellent. ”
