She was super quick on communication and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. “Everything was great except AC went down on day 3 of 5. We opened doors and windows with fans to cool off late in evening. They gave me some refund for inconvenience but did not get it fixed before we left. The facility was nice and worked very well otherwise.”
