- Small garden area and included outdoor parking within the residential complex (unassigned space)

- Building without elevator (3rd floor).

- Pets are not allowed.

- Wi-Fi is optional and must be requested when making your reservation (€5 per day). There are only a few terminals available, so it depends on availability.

House Rules:

1. We are available for any questions to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

2. The apartment is rented with sheets (towels optional, €4 per person).

3. Check-in is Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys are handed over from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.).

Check-in time: from 5:00 p.m. (if there are any guests leaving that day, they can check in after 9:00 a.m.).

Check-out time: no later than 11:00 a.m.

4. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it. The kitchen must be left in its place.

5. Please respect the community rules and the neighbors.

6. It is necessary to present identification documents and sign the contract.

7. Tourist tax: €1 per person per night (only the first 7 nights are charged).

8. Optional Wi-Fi is subject to a fee, costing €5 per day. You must request it when making your reservation, as there are only a few terminals available, so it depends on availability.
