“The employees are exceptional! Leigh Ann and Stephanie were both very patient, professional and went above and beyond customer service. The employees in the breakfast room were also excellent. The cleaning staff were polite and helpful. Overall, we highly recommend this establishment. ”

“Carrie, the front desk employee was AMAZING at helping me and my husband get a room. Spite a few obstacles, she helped us with no hesitation. I think she definitely deserves to get a raise!!! When i asked for an extra blanket for the pull-out couch... i told her i would come back down in a few minutes to grab it from her! She brought it straight up to our room!!! She goes above and beyond. I also saw her giving every guest the same extraordinary service. Thank you! We will be coming back for……
