“it is very stylish modern house, spacious, clean and tidy. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I really recommend it to those who would like to stay in this area of TAS. It only takes 18 mins drive to see the Penguins. Supermarket just next door but they close at 6:00. ”

“We had one night in the Devonport area after coming off the Spirit of Tasmania, and the Red Door was a wonderful place to stay. Beth's communication before our visit was prompt and helpful, and we appreciated her restaurant recommendation. We also really appreciated being welcomed to check in early since the cottage booking schedule allowed for that. Breakfast was very nice--just what we'd requested.Definitely recommend the Red Door!”

“The property was difficult to find but once it was, it was good. The main front door had no lock. It had clearly been kicked in prior to me checking in as it was split through the door mechanism. However, the screen door did lock. There was still a feeling of insecurity though. Otherwise, the bedroom, kitchen and lounge were all clean. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you”

“Wonderful accommodation in a stunning relaxing, quiet location. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Located in a beautiful area close to the highway and shops. We will definitely be back and recommend to our family and friends.”

“The property was comfortable, clean & close to main town centre. The heat pump kept the lounge, kitchen & dining room very warm but as it is an older style house with a long hallway the bedrooms were very cold. The heater supplied in the main bedroom was very ineffective & the heater in the 2nd bedroom wasn't working. We had a small dog & the property was fully fenced but the back lawn was very long.”
