“I definitely recommend this location. It was a beautiful home. I have never stayed in a place that had every single thing you needed minus the food, of course. The cabin was beautiful, very clean The host response to you very quickly. The only thing I wish was different was a closer location to go fishing something walking distance But besides that I would definitely stay at this location again ”

“Beautiful home, and right on the canal. The house had absolutely everything we needed, and the ice maker downstairs was just an added bonus. We can't wait to return and stay again.”

“There was ten people in our party, but the property could easily accommodate six more. The different sitting areas made it easy to spread around. The lift was very helpful for getting the luggage up. Great place if you want to get away from it all, but still have the comforts of home. ”

“This home was amazing … super clean ( and I clean VRBOs on Toledo Bend so I notice these things ) . It had absolutely everything we needed and more … loved the view and fishing .. even our dog Scrappy didn’t want to leave … he loved the fenced in yard and screened porch … I have to add the beds were so comfortable and it was great AC after a long day at the beach ….we will definitely be back ”

“This place was the perfect quiet get away. It was near enough to Holly Beach and Hackberry to enjoy the major crabbing spots but away from the “party” life of Holly Beach. It is directly on the beach with the perfect morning and sunset view. The host was extremely responsive and kind. The home had everything you could need and more. You could smell how clean it was the second you walked in. Highly Recommend! ”

“This home was precious. It was built in 1980 and looks like it hasn't been updated since, HOWEVER it was a wonderful place to stay. The beds were comfortable, the house was spotless and very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a quick weekend visit with family. 10/10 would stay here again!”

“This is a wonderful fishing camp. The private boat launch and slip are ideal. The ice machine and crab traps were definitely put to good use. I wish we could’ve used the fish cleaning station more; the trout were elusive as usual. The property manager allowed us early access in order to make the most of our arrival fishing day. We really enjoyed the outdoor rocking chairs for relaxing after a long day of chasing trout. An added bonus was evening visits by two of the “neighborhood dogs”-……
