“Easy access when on the road. The floor was not to be used without shoes (the feet turned black). Have stayed at a 6-venue before so I was kind of prepered. The room also smelled of previous smoking, inspite of being a non-smoking room. We came late and decided not to try to change room - needed sleep. the Darling staff made the stay worth while inspite above challenges, they were very welcoming and friendly”

“This is a hidden gem downtown in Opelika Alabama ans a short drive to Auburn. The host and hostess, owners of the property go out of their way to make your stay the most comfortable and enjoyable experience. The property is well maintained, clean, quiet and inviting. From the courteous hosts to the food and room, this is all things other bed and breakfast properties should strive to model. We loved the B and B so much that we added and extra day.
