“What a cute place! Everything was super spotless and there were many nice touches--coffee bar fully stocked, lotion and other amenities available in the bathrooms, comfy furniture. One bathroom was fully disabled accessible. The only downside: I was hoping it would be in walking distance to downtown Comfort. It was only .5 miles but the only way to get there was on the highway so we could not really walk comfortably. Everything else was great. We weren't traveling with children, but mine would……

“Just an overnight stay after visiting nearby Kerville. Literally just down the street from the James Avery store (which was on our itinerary). Clean property with classy touches all around. Not a large rental space, but plenty of room for our party of five. Would definitely consider Staying at this property in the future.”

“Some of the pros of staying are:Kids had a great time. Loved staying near the river where the kids had easy access to kayaking and paddle boards. They also loved having the ability to fish whenever they wanted. The cons were: The inability to have a fire at night in a fire pit, it was chilly at night. We also felt like we were being watched. There is a house that sits right next door and it would be impossible to have any privacy if they had been home or would come outside. We appreciate the……

“Peaceful, quiet farmhouse! If you really need to get away from it all, this is a good spot. We really enjoyed feeding and watching the deer and just sitting on the wrap around porch. The hot tub at night was fun. The master bedroom is very spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable. Unfortunately the guest mattresses need to be replaced. The owners are very responsive and live on the property. We had some issues with the septic and oven which I’m sure were addressed. But we loved the cozy……

“The suite is very comfortable with everything you could possibly need and MORE! We were upgraded to the bigger unit with a massive king sized bed and very comfortable sitting area. The porch outside the door was a perfect place to sit with a glass of wine and just relax after driving all day. The house is close to downtown and lots of restaurants. The compact built in kitchen was stocked with all kinds of snacks and breakfast items. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking……

“Great property and great location for twisted sisters tour.”

“My sis and uncle wanted to do a trip to Kerrville for the last 15 yrs or so. I found many VRBOs available in Kerrville. When I stumbled upon this one, I struck gold ! Gorgeous remodeled ranch home with an apartment attached on top. Awesome view of the river and kayaks available as well (which we took advantage of). The river is about a hundred feet from the back door. Upon arrival, access into the home was very easy,...(very easy to find as well). Everything we wanted and more ! More……

“We came in for a rally and had a great stay. The property was nice, clean and centrally located to stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Our host was great and even checked on us to see if we made it home ok. We will definitely stay here again”
