“Everything was great. However there is no TV so be prepared to spend that day outside or bring board games. Not much to do at night. We were gone during the day everyday but would have been nice to watch at night. Also if you plan on cooking they have everything but seasoning youll want to bring that with you. Id suggest brining food as closest HEB or groc store is 1hr 15min away. They have a nice waterhole to check out outdoor games for kids. We went end of June and was hot but had nice breeze……

“My family had a great trip in Concan near the Frio River for a one week stay in June! We range in ages from 4 to 84 years old. The house was amazing and perfect for our large family to spread out when needed but to also come together for dinners and games. We had plenty of beds (which were super comfortable), and the main living area had plenty of seating for all 16 of us with room to spare. “We had a great time at this house. We had three families with a total of 18 people stay and everyone slept comfortably and had plenty of space. Should have stayed four nights! The house is decorated beautifully and has all you need. The owners were super easy to communicate with. When we had a small problem with a fan outside, they had maintenance there to help within the hour! “We loved the old time experience of staying in a wagon with modern upgrades. Def a must visit in South Texas. We plan to come by here to either stay in the wagon or rent an rv. I love how they have gas grills, smoker, & campfires, too. The gentleman who helped my husband and I take a Polaroid with our camera was very accommodating. ”

“We had the best time at this property. The house and bunk house are AMAZING. It gave us plenty of room to spread out and have some space. There wasn’t much water right in front of the house(which we knew) but there is a great swimming hole 50 yds away and another one the other direction. We will be back, we found our new place to stay every year. ”
