Host doesn't 'monitor' messages from VRBO or guests. The reservation didn't show up in my account and I got no confirmations or communications. I opened 3 help desk tickets, sent her text message, left voicemails and sent separate messages on VRBO platform begging for assistance in getting access to the reservation. No response until I CANCELLED and rebooked elsewhere. At which point she responded that she wouldn't cancel and wouldn't refund. My first attempt to reach the host was on 4/5. I requested cancellation on 4/20 when I still did not have any information for getting to or accessing the reservation. SKIP THIS ONE. HORRIBLE HOST!
