I recently heard about this new hotel and was amazed by its high review score. Expecting excellent service, I decided to celebrate my wife's birthday there.
My initial concern was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Although it wasn’t completely terrible, I noticed dirt in the tub and around the drain. Additionally, the room provided only one bathrobe—even though it was meant for two. It’s ironic that the hotel offers a late 4:00 PM check-in and an early 11:00 AM check-out; the five-hour gap is clearly insufficient for proper cleaning. There was no hygiene kit, but that wasn’t the biggest issue during my stay.
Feeling tired, I chose not to contact reception to request a room change. Later, I visited the pool at 9:30 PM, which was open until 10:00 PM. Despite the late hour, the pool area was crowded with children since the hotel does not offer any adults-only hours. The area was extremely noisy, with kids running around, and one child even got sick and vomited near the pool. I also discovered that some of the pool users were not even hotel guests.
When I returned to my room, I found a hole in the balcony door. Although it had been patched with some form of insulation, a cold draft still seeped through, and it was very difficult to open or close the door without risking injury.
