“The hiking trail was perfect for my 2 little kiddos. The property was gorgeous. The cabin was clean. The host was very responsive and stopped in to give us some extra towels. We’ve stayed at a lot of cabins. And we’ll be returning to this one. It was great. The front and back porch were huge and clean and great to watch the rain. ”

“We loved our stay! Our pup had the best time and the kids loves the rustic cabin. It was cold but we knew that going into it and were dressed accordingly. The heater kept it warm with the door shut. Our dog was very happy while we were at the Ark for the day. The host is wonderful and vet accommodating. He made sure the heater and the lights were on since we arrived in the dark. Super cute property we would love to return!”

“The cabin was very nice. Clean and had everything that we needed. Very quiet and relaxing which is what we were looking for. Who ever did the remodeling did very nice work. Proximity to Madison and shopping was terrific. The only downfall was a couple of the properties on both sides of the driveway to the cabin were quite unkept. Not the fault of the cabin owners. The house behind the cabin was very nice and well kept.”

“We had such a great time staying at Frank’s cabin. It really does one good to escape to such a peaceful property, out in the country, down a gravel road, away from it all. Yet so close to Frankfort and a short drive to Lexington, Keeneland or the distilleries. Very comfortable and plenty of space for our group of 6. Communication with Frank was great, always responding quick even late. Meeting him and hearing about the history of the property, surrounding area and his family made the stay that……

The cabin is clean and cozy, and the upgrade of the bathroom area (from porta potties to a real bathroom with a toilet and sink) was an awesome surprise. “Cabin was relatively secluded, in a pretty location and exactly as described. 5 minutes from downtown Madison Indiana which is a beautiful old river town. Host was exceedingly accommodating and gracious and the property has everything you need. Will definitely book again. ”
