“雖然飯店大門外觀有遭人塗鴉看起來不是很美觀，但內部還算乾淨，門口就是地鐵出口也很便利，附近也有大型超市可以購買食材，櫃台服務人員也很友善，不過櫃檯的服務時間偏短，比較不利於check in/ check out需要找人溝通，而check out後的寄放行李可能需要加強管理，此次雖然行李並沒有遺失東西，但寄放過程中，櫃台人員並沒有一直監看，也沒有提供領取憑證，會讓人擔心有很高遺失風險”

“We loved this hotel. This a rare place that you can find every thing in the suite. The breakfast was very inclusive and the staffs are super friendly. They reached us for the time of arrival a day before booking time. I give a 5 star to this hotel and certainly, will stay again. ”

“Good and efficient communication before checking in. They arranged a check-in agent to meet us on-site. The closest metro station is Vittorio Emanuele, but we had some extra walking from Roma Termini station (about 15-20mins while carrying luggages), so as to avoid chaos in the metro in Rome. Just a few minutes walking distance from the Colosseum. We felt safe to walk around in the neighbourhood at night. We booked a one-bedroom apartment (with a sofa bed in the living room). The apartment……

“I really like our room, was clean and comfortable, I called someone because I was early and my code was not working yet, they helped me, thanks to them I didn’t spend an hour in the street with bags ”

“Very cozy room and friendly staffs. The breakfast is no fancy but essential and sufficient. Just one small thing: The room is equipped with stoves, with pot, cups and spoons, which is nice but surprisingly, no kettle! Luckily we can go to the canteen for hot water to make tea and coffee. The free parking venue is a plus. Supermarket is close by. Overall, I will recommend this place for someone come with car.”
