“The condo was very clean. we walked down to the lake and to the town from the condo. The scenery and facility was very pretty! We drove into Meridith and did some shopping …what a cute little town with everything! Great help from the hosts with some instructions on the tv! They were so helpful and wanted to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Thanks Great communication from ”

“Great location and price. Condo was very clean and fits 4 comfortably. Game room and pool was great for the kids. Love how you don’t have to leave the building, unless you’re skiing. Staff was amazing when booking. Highly recommend. ”

“The unit was very nice - clean, well furnished with plenty of room. Wish the weather had been a little nicer, but it's spring! The unit is on the ground floor so we found the floors to be extremely cold. Some area rugs might be a nice touch! There are no outlets in the bathrooms, so that was a little inconvenient. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Laconia and the accommodations were fine. ”

“Our stay was fabulous. The unit was clean and comfortable. We loved the porch off our room and also the back porch property with decking access to the river. I would definitely recommend this rental to my family/friends. The owner of the unit was welcoming and quick to communicate with us and we knew exactly what to do when we arrived and when we left the property. ”

“Property is pretty basic but had everything we needed for a ski weekend. I had to laugh because the fan that past guests commented on still is very thick with dust. The floors, countertop, bathrooms and appliances were all very clean. No issues. Liked the location and the large dining table for playing cards and family dinner. It was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 3 kids (11-14). Management team was excellent. Great weekend! We would come back. The weather and skiing conditions were……

“Family of 4 stayed 4 nights. Residence was clean and comfy. Kitchen items were grewt as we cooked in house a lofmof the stay. Shower was awesome. The red heat loggt was a bonus. Nice having a washer/dryer. Only hiccup was that the freedom pass is not included so we were not able to use the athletic club with indoor pool etc. That would have made our stay even better. Overall a great location tonother amenities within a shower drive or walk.”
