Enjoy a Cozy White Mountain Adventure at this Private Single-Family Home! (MV118C)

Unwind in the inviting outdoor spaces of this pet-friendly home, featuring a cozy screened gazebo. Upon entering the welcoming foyer, you’ll find a newly updated kitchen, fully equipped with a full-range stove, oven, refrigerator, and a breakfast bar that overlooks the open living room. Conveniently adjacent to the kitchen is a stackable washer and dryer. The living room opens onto a walk-out deck and a tranquil sunroom, offering additional relaxation areas. The main level includes a master bedroom with a queen bed and an adjoining three-quarter bathroom.

Upstairs, a loft area leads to two additional private bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed and sharing a full bathroom.

Experience the beauty of the White Mountains year-round from this standalone home. Enjoy skiing at Waterville Valley, exploring local hiking trails, or venturing to Franconia Notch for stunning mountain views. Plan visits to attractions such as Whale's Tale Water Park, Clark's Bears, and the Polar and Ice Caves. This property provides a peaceful retreat, conveniently close to everything yet free from the holiday bustle.

Pets allowed with Owner's Approval and fees apply.  Sleeps up to 6.  24 Age Min. for all adult groups.

This place made us feel like we were at home. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. Cute place with great space for two couples with room to spare. The best part was after a long day out riding and enjoying the events for Bike week, the screened in gazebo allowed for some much needed relaxation. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here it was great.
