“Clean and housekeeping always showed up. Water could be a little hotter but was okay and AC was a little different to work but manageable. Would definitely be staying again when I come back ”

“I have stayed for 5 nights in Jan 2014. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It provided daily cleansing services. It is on metro line 3 and at a quiet residential area; approximately 5 to 7 mnutes' walk from the metro station. Supermarkets were just 5 minutes' walk away. One of them opened even on Sunday afternoon. The apartment provided cooking facilities. It was basic and enough for a short stay. However, it would be perfect if there were a washing machine and an oven.”

“When I first booked this hotel last October, it’s clear that I paid initial payment of EUR160. But when I check in, the hotel staff told me that I didn’t pay such payment. Then with no other choice, I paid the whole fare again! Unhappy experience with Expedia indeed!”

“Bad management! We paid and been told to go picking up the car park key from checkin office, 15 mins driving from the apartment but told me no parking space for us. We have to manage where to park our car at the last minute. After shower the floor was flooded, no way to control. On line check in was so complicated. Condition of the apartment is not very good, a lot need to be fixed. In such price didn’t expect like this. ”

“房間整齊乾淨,有電梯、冰箱、吹風機。小廚房配備的餐廚用具算是該有的都有,晚上打開窗戶讓空氣流通的話,可不用開冷氣睡覺(7月)，位處巷弄中，沒有太多車輛吵雜聲。附近環境方便安全,生鮮超市(開到晚上9:30)、麵包店、市場、雜貨店、小餐館、各類小商店林立，夜間11:00左右才回家也不用擔心危險。距離聖家堂、加泰隆尼亞廣場等步行約30分鐘，米拉之家、巴特婁之家步行約20分鐘。公車系統四通八達，到達上列景點只要10到15分鐘且大多能直達，距離各公車站牌走路只要3到5分鐘。鄰近對角線大道(走路5分鐘),購物方便，若要搭乘city tour bus,也是走路10分鐘內就有站點。 週一至週五上午8:00至下午5:00有管理人員駐點，夜間及週末則沒有，但有24小時緊急聯絡電話，每七天有一次客房打掃服務。”

“地點方便，附近就有超市及商店，房間安靜整潔，設備齊全應有盡有，床鋪很舒服，只是要先到辦公室領取鑰匙。”

“In a great location who taking train a lot. Near the S1 station. Good bar/restaurant near by. The room is a bit old may need improvement. But the CP ratio is good as well. I might choose this hotel if I am planning to go BCN.”

“The flat is well located, with a lot of grocery stores and restaurants. I had a small trouble getting into the flat due to low coverage of mobile provider by the flat's door, and costumer services was very helpful. Thank you. The flat is spacious, well kept (although fixing some of the shelves wouldn't hurt), and conveniently equipped for an travel that feels homely. Improving the beds to sturdier mattresses would have add to this pleasant stay. My expertise noise sensitive: mind there……
