“入到酒店看來不錯, 有兩個洗手間,一個是大小便用,, 沒有去水位, 我住了三天要自己清潔投訴無門聯絡清潔工要我自己聯絡酒店, 投訴hotels.com 亦冇回應 ,早一日經過酒店知道沒有回 reception 跟hotels.com聯絡沒有回應，網站上酒店電話只有八個字卻未能聯絡酒店，正確應該有九個字，到入住當天只好在門口等待，check-out亦冇人理會只可放低鎖匙回港後向hotels.com投訴，還被職員玩，覺得他們一點都沒有問題，無論酒店及網頁都不知所謂”

“I m very satisfy to stay in laramond barcelona rooms for 4 days. “Great place, great workers, excellent stay. Far drives for food/downtown activities but nothing outrageous. Only issues we had were the cleaning staff would bang on our doors repeatedly even after repeatedly saying no thank you, and we had a key card go as well as some money go missing from our room while we were out. Other than those minor things, excellent stay! 10/10 recommend! ”
