“After the buzz of Rome, we welcomed the chance to relax at Villa Iara. The owner and her rep were very accommodating and were flexible in allowing us to check in a bit early. Everything in the Villa was perfect including the well equipped kitchen. The Villa was also exceptionally clean! All told we had a very relaxing few days by the pool and exploring the old town of Cerveteri. Thanks!!”

“We were 11 people aged 6-68 who stayed for over a week in the Villa. Everyone except the grandfather wants to come back to the Villa. The grandchildren gave the Villa 8.5. Their parents gave the Villa 8. Grandma and Grandpa, who are more snobbish, gave the Villa 5 (out of 10 possible). The tennis court and outdoor play area were great (8-10). We thought the pool was heated but it wasn't - that was our mistake and at this time of year it was too cold for general use. All our children were happy……

Siamo stati veramente bene e abbiamo passato 3 giorni indimenticabili. Arrivarci è anche velocissimo, arrivando da Roma abbiamo preso subito il raccordo, cassia ed effettivamente dentro la campagna viene fatto 1km con tutta strada asfaltata. “Simonetta’s Villa is beautiful, spacious and in a great location for a relaxing family get-away. The outdoor space is amazing - with a hot tub, ping pong table and bikes to keep our children entertained for hours. Everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery store, coffee/gelato shop, beach) which was awesome as we didn’t have to rent a vehicle to get around. “Maria is the most wonderful host and she makes you feel so welcome in her beautiful holiday home. She responds to any questions you have quickly and is so helpful with local info and taxis etc. The house is brilliant for large family groups - we were 15 people - 3 x families.
