I arrived late at night and had to stand outside ringing a bell because no one was available at the desk. My room had filth on the wall near the toilet paper, had spackled but unpainted areas in the wall. The bathtub had a flaw in the bottom that someone painted with latex paint, so large flakes of paint floated in my bath daily. Just gross.

Rooms and cleanliness was average. Bed was very comfortable and linen was clean and fresh smelling. Door to unit 111 very difficult to open. Towel clean but old and thin. Lots of what appeared to be plaster/drywall dust throughout bathroom sink/faucets, and inside water compartment of the coffee maker. Insufficient parking in rear of building due to parking lot not being properly plowed. Overall, a decent place for the price.

The condition of the room we stayed in was horrible! Floor coming apart, tub/shower falling apart, a lot of mysterious gross substances throughout the whole room.

I am a travel nurse that used this property for two nights for work. Immediately greeted by a strong smell of cheap disinfectant, seems like they are trying to cover up a musty smell. The "continental breakfast" area is small and crowded. Next you have to go back outside to get to any of the rooms and there is no elevator for the second floor. Once you pass the cleaner smell its a very strong food odor. The curtains did not close all the way letting light in while i tried to sleep during the day (I work overnights). The expedia listing said they have a Hottub and they do not. there is no information in the room and nothing on the phone that tells how to call the front desk. the towels were tiny, scratchy and stained. Ill give it to them the room was clean and the bed was comfty but the TV was unusable. you cant log into any streaming apps and the cable doesn't work. It was a good place to lay my head but that was about it. Staff barely speaks english and they seemed to be having a party in the backroom at all times. Also staff was in PJs when i checked out in the morning.

Booked this property only because there was no where else in town for spend a weekend without paying 400 a night . The pics and the reviews weren’t bad, so booked a two night stay. Upon arriving you’re hit with a strong odor of food/curry in lobby. The room was ok, but there was stains on the ceiling and curtains, the bottles of shampoo and conditioner were used and half empty. There was hair in tub. The hallway floors need to be vacuumed . Paints chipping off vanity and the pillows are flatter than a pancake. Also before even checking in the hotel charged me which was unusual, usually hotels don’t charge until after you check in
