There are sliding glass doors in both the dining area and the master bedroom that open onto a private covered deck that runs the full length of the house. The lower floor has a carpeted sitting area with 2 bunk beds, ½ bath, laundry room and a screened in lanai perfect for BBQ’s, family gatherings, and game nights (foosball table). If you come with your boat we have a buoy in front of the house.
