La piscine et ses abords permettent repos et rafraîchissement à loisir. La découverte de la Haute Corse et de Bastia est aisée en voiture, sans y passer forcément des heures de route. “Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa tout confort. Meubles et vaisselle de qualité. A10mn en voiture (indispensable) de Saint-Florent et de son petit port de plaisance. Nous avons été sensible à la charmante attention à notre arrivée (produits locaux). Bémol pour les nuisances sonores du voisinage (chiens enfermés dans un enclos dans le jardin du voisin qui aboient fréquemment même la nuit et les travaux dans le voisinage). Plutôt dommage pour un endroit aussi calme. Excellent……

“The Residence Catalina is a fantastic property, ideally located in a quiet residential part of Saint Florent. It has ample parking, but is within walking distance of the town centre with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. The accommodation offered is 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments with outdoor seating (balconies or terraces). The apartments are modern, clean and very functional. We exchanged our two bedroom apartment / 2 bathrooms with balcony for a 2-bedroom / one bathroom and ground floor……

“L'appartement est dans le coeur de la vieille ville, il est spacieux et bien équipé. Vue mer magnifique en latéral. Nous aurions juste apprécié que dans l'qnnonce soit précisé que la place et les commerces sous l'appartement sont souvent très bruyants les soirs d'été (concerts de musique juste sous les fenetres de l'appartement), si nous avions eu des bébés, cela aurait été un probleme. De plus l'annonce ne precisait pas que le linge de toilette et les draps n'etaient pas compris.”

“Zunächst möchte ich den Service und die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption loben. Flexibel gutes Englisch und immer ne Lösung für die Anliegen der Gäste. Die Zimmer und das Hotel Ansicht sind sehr sauber . Das ein oder andere (kaputte Klodeckel, Schmutz unter dem Bett ) waren die einzigen Dinge welches zu bemängeln waren. Das Hotel liegt sehr abgeschieden auf einem Berg. Gute Kondition ist daher vorausgesetzt da man hoch und runter über viele Treppen muss. Bis ca 800m entfernt . ”
