“Great location! We loved the hot tub and the room ambience which had a unique and boutique feel! It was difficult to park our car but this did not affect our stay. As we were at the front of the hotel, with a lovely balcony overlooking the square, we could hear the noise from the chiming bells and clock tower. It was a lovely stay and the restaurants available served great food. ”

“The wine tour is excellent for understanding the vineyard. Breakfast was very good with fantastic views over the vineyard. In the evening sit outside and have a glass or two or three of their excellent Riojas. Bar food is good and served until 10pm. Stayed for three nights it was a good base for visiting the local area. ”

“Wat een prachtig verblijf plaats! Mooi in een middeleeuws toren met privé lift naar je kamer. Alles was op elkaar afgestemd en super leuk ingericht. Je voelde je net een jonkvrouw. “I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel in the heart of La Riola, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location is perfect, allowing easy access to all the nearby wineries. Waking up each morning was a delight, serenaded by the enchanting songs of the Koo Koo owl, complemented by the gentle sounds of church bells ringing in the distance. “Hotel Pura Vida was a beautiful hotel nestled into a beautiful village in the middle of La Rioja. The staff were super friendly and lovely towards our 7 month old son. There is a garden out the back with lovely dappled sunlight and views over the village. We would definitely stay here again, if we ever return to the area. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.”
