“Our host was wonderful to work with, A. Such a unique and beautiful property, we loved it. Super clean and comfortable, it was all we could ask for. The river was a little low for us to use our kayaks, but it was an easy drive over to Rushford Lake. The property is great to walk around and we also hiked along the river. Would highly recommend.”

Excellent high quality features and appliances throughout. Large spruce trees outside with bird feeders. Comfortable beds, easy climate control, convenient accessible washer/drier unit.Close enough (less than an hour) for a day trip to the fabulous town of Watkins Glen NY and State Park gorge are full of waterfalls.”

“Great area close to nearby essential if needed.Peaceful,good view of stars at night.Plenty of wood was cut and dry under some trees next to cabin to keep fire going.Pond has alot of frogs, kept daughter busy.Inside was clean and had fresh linens pillows and towels.Easy nights rest ! Would recommended! Great hosts.Nobody bothered us!! ”

“Our family loved our stay. The cottage is beautiful inside and out. We booked due to the location between Letchworth and Stony Brook State Parks for our hiking vacation and were pleasantly surprised to find out there were miles of trails through the forest behind the cabin included with the property. The pond was my youngests son and husband's favorite bonus. Many large mouth bass were caught including the fattest bluegill ever seen.*All were returned back to pond as it's catch and release.I……

“This was an incredible weekend away for my wife and I. This is one of the cutest cabins I have ever seen. They thought of everything. Comfy beds, dimmable lights, heated bathroom, plenty of firewood, space heater in case you run out of firewood, air conditioner for when you get too hot, power fan that can fan the upstairs when spinning one way and the downstairs when spinning the other, light up mirror in the bathroom, plush towels, beautiful new construction in most rooms, I could go on. “Check-in process and communication was excellent from the start. We were able to start enjoying our stay immediately upon arrival. Communication during our stay and at the end was equally as positive. Quick and helpful information was always provided. The pictures of the cabin and immediate area do not do this cabin/surrounding area enough justice. It is beautiful, rustic, and warm. Fishing at the Big Pond was awesome. My family and I had an amazing time and can’t wait to return. ”

“A hidden gem! Location is private, quiet and peaceful. The cabin is very clean and the owner is very quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed our stay. We brought our UTV and enjoyed the freedom of riding some of the local dirt roads and also went to Tall Pines. We slept on the futon downstairs because the steps to the loft scared me!”
