The yard is large enough for lots of outdoor activities and the 300 feet of lawn runs down to a sandy beach and beautiful area for swimming for children of all ages. Approximately 50 feet of lake front with a sandy beach and 950 ft of shore to explore. The Dock sits in 2 to 2.5 ft of water. Lots of room to roam and plenty of parking. The sunsets over the water and can be seen from the outside or inside the house from the large picture windows or sliding glass doors. Large beach area with a fire pit for campfires as night.
