“An excellent location within walking distance to good food options. The apartment is in top condition and all necessary amenities are provided. Especially appreciated being able to do washing for longer stays. Great view from the lovely little balcony. My only slight improvement would be a softer bed, but that is personal preference.”

“Excellent 1 bedroom unit with views of the lake and local dining precinct. Onsite parking was a bonus. Local dining options were great along with Old Depot Markets and Glassworks. Unit had everything and more that you need for a a week long stay. Would recommend and will stay there again.”

“The apartment was as described but we had issues with checking in as we had to wait for it to be cleaned and then the incorrect lock box code was provided so we had to again wait for the owner, who was very apologetic, to rectify this.In addition, it was extremely difficult to locate the allocated car space, there was only 1 lift working at the building and there was no welcome information provided. Fortunately the views were stunning!.”

“The apartment was excellent in almost all ways. Clean, everything was there that we wanted, all modern and in good working condition, some good generosity eg plenty of coffee capsules, and so on and even some bits and pieces in the cupboard so cooking could be easier (not that we did any while we were there). However the first night when we went to bed, the light and noise from Northbourne Avenue which is just outside the window of this first floor apartment seriously interfered with our sleep……
