Little Gem in the City

This quiet and sunny apartment is set in an established and tree-lined street of historic Braddon. The City centre is a convenient five minute walk away.
The apartment features a modern bathroom, separate study, spacious lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and separate enclosed garage. A balcony adjacent to the study provides a picturesque view of Mount Ainslie.
The Australian War Memorial and Lake Burley Griffin are all within 15 minute walking distance while Canberra International Airport is ten minutes away by car.

It’s a gem

We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment’s clean and stylish presentation. Very quiet area located walking distance to CBD, shopping and dining. Also convenient access to Light Rail public transport to the northern suburbs of Canberra. We would definitely look it up next time we are planning to be in Canberra.
