“We really enjoyed a stay in Portland. This property was exactly what we needed for 4 adults. Very clean, hosts were responsive, close to the river, downtown and parks. Only glitch was payment was not taken through VRBO and not infomation was provided.We had to Vemo owners. Gate codes were not sent as indicated in emails, but host provide codes over the phone.”

“This was a great spot for our family of 6, exploring Portland. The neighborhood is super cute and clean. Street parking was easy to find. The only hiccup with our stay was that the washer and dryer did not work. Other than that it was a great, central spot. ”

There are certainly places for improvement but for the money you can't beat it. The location is great with a covered parking spot. The complex has a communal grill right outside if you feel like grilling. Walking distance to the train station, easy access to I-5. Lots of food options you can walk to. “Stayed here for 5 nights and was impressed by the cleanliness of the property and the friendliness of the staff. Loved having a kitchen with full size refrigerator. Parking was slightly challenging but always found a spot and I was not paying $50 per night to stay other places. Parked are the streets each night around the property and nobody bothered our vehicle. We were on the 2nd floor and never heard any noise from the bar across the street.
