Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 60 m² apartment with sea view, less than a kilometer from the beach, for rent in the commune of Cancale. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The apartment is composed as follows
- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed...
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower, WC

The apartment is ideally located in Cancale, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the apartment.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint Malo train station, 21 min. away by car.
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, about 1 hour by car

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation

Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Apparemment très agréable.

Satisfait du séjour, à noter cependant, les odeurs de cuisine, inévitables du fait du restaurant situé en dessous du logement, ainsi des bruits nocturnes d'autres résidents.
