Not super far from the airport everybody was treated the same. The staff were very very friendly. They just need to do some updates cause it’s a little bit aged, but according to the staff that is up-and-coming so I’m looking forward to that.

This resort was extremely relaxing and gorgeous. The actual rooms are a little dated, and the bathroom weirdly has minimal privacy, but the people who work here are amazing! Shout out to Fernando, who waited on us all 4 days we were there! He would spot us by the pools (both the public and our private pool) and bring us not just drinks, but would also grab us food so we didn’t have to leave the water. He was quick to grab us drink refills, sometimes without us even asking. The spa was also amazing, and the 30 minute upgrade to the included hydrotherapy session was definitely a great choice. Regina was great at guiding us through the whole hydro circuit, although I could’ve stayed in the dry sauna with the peppermint/eucalyptus forever! Overall, the food was great, the hotel was outdated but beautiful, but the workers deserve all the praises and tips!

This was our fourth time at Beloved. We have seen the changes over 13 years. It is a wonderful resort to absolutely detach from the world and be with your partner. It is quiet - do not expect a party atmosphere. It is beautiful - stunning even as it ages. Was told they are doing a full renovation of rooms starting this month so I can't even imagine how amazing it will be after that happens. Food is good - much better than most AIs in the area. Yes, it is limited to four restaurants but you are in a place with 110 or so rooms - you're never going to wait, you're never going to need to make a reservation. Staff is amazing - friendly, always accommodating, and will do everything to make you feel special. Beloved is a treat.

Our stay here was a nightmare. Ac didnt work. I left my wallet in the room amd all my cash was stolen while we were out. Beach was full of weeds and jet skis constantly going by 10 feet from the shore at 50 mph. Food was horrible. Do not stay here . This area is not safe

The restaurants provided many wonderful options for high end dining. The beds were perfect and always clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and worked around the clock to ensure you had everything that you needed at all times. My wife and I will be visiting again.

Christin, the bell hop, provided outstanding service and helped us with our luggage while sharing some local insights that enriched our stay. One of the highlights was the fantastic drinks served by Lorenzo at the bar. His creativity and mixology skills resulted in some of the best cocktails I've ever had. Additionally, the hotel features a taco stand that is simply to die for! The flavors and freshness of the tacos are unmatched. Overall, I highly recommend the Beloved Hotel for its exceptional service, delightful food, and drinks—truly a gem in Mexico!

By far one of the best resorts I’ve ever been to for couples! This resort is great for couples who just want to relax and be catered to. The staff are extremely accommodating and all the hotel entertainment is geared towards couples! Not to mention the incredible room that felt like a private apartment with pool and jacuzzi (Terrace Suite with Plunge Pool)! Everything far exceeded my expectations. I’ll be back for sure!

The resort is beautiful and well-maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that sets it apart from many other all-inclusive resorts. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The food was excellent overall, but the real standouts were the taco place and the coffee shop—both truly memorable. The only area for improvement would be the limited dining options during certain times. On Wednesday at lunch, only one restaurant was open, and we experienced a long wait for room service.
