The property location is wonderful. It sure is a hidden gem. The exclusive studio with ocean view room is exceptionally beautiful. Host of the property is amazing too, they were very accommodating and always available. Prior to our checkin they offered shuttle pickup and even drop off for no extra charges. I am booking with them for all my future Mexico trips.

Really a great location, our room had a balcony with view of the lagoon, stunning every morning. The team is very responsive via WhatsApp Was overall very quiet got some alone time at the pool at night on weekdays The rooms are very big! Place is very affordable compared to resorts You’re also across the street from Tortugas beach and right next to an Oxxo grocery store. I will say not a lot of restaurants that you can walk to. We Ubered to nearby restaurants

Very lovely place with great breakfast and drinks on a gorgeous rooftop. Staff is friendly, pool is nice and you’re out of the gross touristy part of the hotel zone. Would totally go back!

My TD VISA credit card locked my card when used in this property to pay my balance. Good thing I have a Mastercard with me. Tip: pay the balance full when booking. It may be showing in CAD when you book but they charge your card in USD not in Mxn pesos. So that price depends on the exchange rate. Even if you want to pay in MXN pesos on site, they will convert the USD to MXN so you get charged premium in conversion rate (CAD to USD to MXN. Our room was large we love it! Felt like home. Priceless views from the pool and from the rooftop. No complimentary coffee in common areas. The croissant at the restaurant was great. Things to improve: The room we had had kitchen and A/C which was great but no chopping board, no microwave, the fridge door had a little mold, the bedroom air was stuffy (had to take antihistamine for allergy). No switch to turn off the fan in the bedroom. The lady at the rooftop restaurant could be friendlier.

This hotel is most definitely a “hidden gem” and we loved our stay at this gorgeous boutique hotel. Our rooms over looking the lagoon were truly fabulous. Alex and the team were wonderful, and make sure you go for breakfast at the roof terrace and in the evening the delicious cocktails. The views are simply stunning and the setting, dreamy. Thank you so much for looking after us and we will be sure to return when visiting Cancun.

This is a great little family-run hotel! We stayed a few nights on our first trip to Mexico and loved the place; the sunset over the lagoon, whilst swimming in the pool. The breakfast options on the rooftop restaurant were appreciated; though we recommend if possible extending the opening hours to Sunday morning. The fact that breakfast was not served on Sunday was not clear and we turned up at the opening time and communicated with staff (via a dedicated WhatsApp channel) to be told it is closed as it is a day for family time. While respecting that, it leaves guests with no option but to get food from the convenience store across the road or order via a food delivery app. The room we booked was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay, would highly recommend the rooftop cocktails (again, if this could be extended to Saturday and/or Sunday afternoons that would be great, as we were only able to try on Friday afternoon).

The hotel is a true quiet oasis in the bustling Cancun area known more for its giant hotels and busy main avenue. The owners of this small boutique property are friendly and take time to speak with the guests. It is obvious that they take great pride in providing a wonderful stay. In addition, the staff are are friendly and efficient. The room was bright and comfortable, overlooking the lagoon. The bed was just right. We have been spoiled and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Cancun.

The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking lagoon view from my room. The intelligently designed architecture and interiors made the room not just aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional, offering every necessary service for a comfortable stay. Parking right in front of the building was a convenient touch, adding to the hassle-free experience. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I was having problems with my payment going through and they were very attentive in fixing the problem and made sure I did not have any doubts. The property is in a quiet area on the lagoon, and the rooms are very spacious. The rooftop and pool have the best views for sunsets. I will say this property is not walking distance from the hotel zone but it is very easy to get on a bus from this location and get to the hotel zone in less than 5 minutes. The owner and her family were all very welcoming and made this experience very personalized as opposed to big chain hotels.

A true gem indeed. Oasis between loudness of the hotel zone and downtown, on a quiet lagune -side location with a sunset (rare in Cancun), lovely pool and rooftop terrace with a view (Alex makes great cocktails!), all designed with care. The apartments are spacious and in perfect shape with comfortable beds and good kitchen. The staff is super friendly and with attention to detail. Great wifi. Supermarket steps away. Small beach and restaurants nearby. Couldn't be more impressed.
