Basically everything about our stay here was wonderful. We were truly treated like royalty the moment we arrived. It was our fist all inclusive, and being offered champagne while we checked in really set the mood for the rest of our time.
The rooms are very nice. The AC works great (I did have to change the temperature from 28 to a sane temperature every day, but I never bothered asking if there was a way to keep it at one temperature at all times) The shower is ridiculous, you could easily fit 8 people in it. It's also a nice touch to have the toilet in it's own room in the washroom.
The pool is beautiful. It's a long kind of narrow design, instead of just a big circle or square, which helps spread people out and keep ambient noise down. The beach is also beautiful, the sand is indeed white, and the staff are on top of the seaweed multiple times a day. The dock and hammocks are a great touch.
The restaurants are great too. The dress codes help keep crowding down, so you don't need a reservation for any of them. I honestly wouldn't waste my time with any of the buffets next time though. We had a buffet the first night, and were a little disappointed, but when we had food from the actual restaurants, it was like night and day. Easy 9/10 food at Portofino and Himitzu. The other food spots are more casual, order at a bar and walk away with it, food truck esque. Still very good food.
The staff was lovely. They were all very friendly, and communited well in English too.
