From the moment we went through the gates it was incredible! The staff were all so friendly, the resort was so immaculate and beautiful. The food was excellent! Lots of gluten free options! :) The entertainment was top notch! One of our favourite things was the aqua aerobics at noon, so much energy and fun! The instructors were incredible! We will return 100 %!!!

The resort is top notch and meets all expectations. I felt like they really wanted you to have a relaxing time. You could ask for anything and they would do everything to meet your needs. No complaints regarding service and food. Paulina and Martha (managers) really helped my wife (who was not well) and they accommodated her needs. Very thankful! The negatives are the obnoxious guests who make too much noise in the halls and at the lazy river pool. I had a junior swim up room and I had to hear people yelling but yelling loudly as a disturbance. Also, if you had a long day of excursions, resting that night sucks because you have the theatre blasting music til about 10:45pm. I love the beach but forget about getting chairs. I stopped playing the game of "towels being put on chairs" and guessing if people left or not. I just went straight to the sand to lay down. Its almost if the resort wants you to pay extra to become part of the excellence club. I went to main pool once. Again everything is nice, but its a place where people just urinate all day. People are nasty. I seen a couple stay in the water for 3.5hrs and not come out. I went to the bathroom at least twice in that time frame. Smh The concierge desk I didnt care for the dude. I get that he probably repeats himself a 1000 times a day but he seem too busy to help and it seemed like he doesnt like his job. The dudes in concierge kinda suck the girl was better at least she smiled.

It’s a great resort. Staff is great and my brother and I had an amazing time. Just a heads up - even though it’s not a couple only resort, mostly couples were there. So, good for family vacations. We also kept asking for a divider for privacy in the room and bathroom but we never got one. Food was very average. The Indian restaurant served poor-quality Indian food. It wasn’t a deal breaker because location is amazing and staff’s friendly. Amazing access to the beach.

I had a wonderful two weeks at this resort and already look forward to coming back one day. My room and balcony were fantastic. There are many pools to choose from and the white sandy beach is just breathtaking. This is a real paradise location that everyone I met enjoyed. The best part however are the kind and helpful staff. They made my stay perfect, such as the impeccable service at the restaurants to the service for various activities and excursions. I would specifically like to point out: Hector at Basmati restaurant. Cesar and David at the main bar. Yeni , Gustavo, Raquel - tea and coffee station. Viridiana - restaurant Albert and Isabel - outside bar Tonatiuh and Alberto - breakfast Thank you for making my stay a beautiful dream!

Always an awesome stay and will continue to be our go-to. Cesar at the martini bar is the hardest worker I know, and remembers everyone he meets. As far as Expedia goes, we were supposed to have a free room upgrade, but they didn’t know anything about that at the resort. Also, when we booked the airport transfer on Expedia, they took us to the wrong hotel.
