Try to make reservations for the restaurant when first day I came. And find all the restaurants in hotel are not available except the buffet. and for the rest 4 days of my stay, i can only ate buffet, which is so bad. They also make a mistake on the room.i came with my friend, we booked a 2 beds room, but there is only 1 king size bed room left. Was Told that was the last room they have. So we have to sleep on one bed.

I love the beach. The pool is fun. Food was mediocre at best. There was only two restaurants and the food was HORRIBLE. The buffet food was better. Lunch and dinner tasted nasty. The breakfast was fabulous. Staff is nice.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, plenty of options to eat at. Since it is all inclusive. They do cheap out on the liquor and food. Some drinks they make don’t taste as good as they use cheap liquor. The food is good, but not the best. It’s more cheap tasting buffet options. Doesn’t really taste like true Mexican food. They do have different varieties and options tho. Now the WORST part was the bed and pillows. The bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows were so stiff that it caused neck pain. We asked for some different pillows and they gave us “orthopedic” pillows but they were only slightly better. We had double beds but they were full beds not queen beds.

El servicio al cliente estuvo bueno. Lo que no me gustó, que no habían suficientes opciones para comer. Y las actividades. I’ve stayed at this property a few times and this visit was by far the worst… Firstly, I noticed staff was dismissive anytime I mentioned something. For example, our TV didn’t work, we didn’t have a hot shower and the the hair dryer was broken. I had to address this over and over again for 48 hours before it got fixed. Then, I noticed the staff gets drunk right in front of you and pretends it didn’t happen. I was waiting for drinks at the buffet but my waiter was too busy hiding and drinking his own drinks… In the lobby, the buff guy who works the bar was rude every single time I went to him. I would leave $5 tips for a single drink and he’d still be rude for no reason. Meanwhile, the pretty gringo girls would get a completely different treatment. Regardless I made the most of it with the views and my favorite staff member was the lady that makes the omelettes in the morning. I’m very easy to impress and I don’t look for high luxery but this visit was beyond disappointing. Never again.

We had noisy neighbors when we first arrived. We requested a room change and they ignored us for 2 hours. We had to go to the desk twice and request to speak to the manager who was extremely rude and dismissive. They finally changed our room and then the new room had NO AIR conditioning for 3 hours. They did not compensate us either.

I like that the property was clean and the food was good. But I don’t like the guy at front lobby approached me told me he will give me discounts on activities tour I just gave to attend breakfast presentations of the property and ask me for $50 US dollars. I wasn’t able to attend because I have plans and he didn’t return my $50.
